G&L tech resources: Pickups
The first Magnetic Field Design (MFD) Leo Fender has no hand in. Introduced in 2017, this is the Jazzmaster version of the MFD and a beautiful extension to the MFD family. The narrow aperture with wide splay gives it this classic Fender Jazzmaster look but with all of the high-fidelity of the MFD. This pickup is so far only available on the Doheny model, e.g. this Doheny Tiki Limited Edition w/Hula Art from 2019.
